Malpractice is the term used for an unreasonable lack of skill or professional misconduct. Usually, cases of medical malpractice apply to doctors, dentists, nurses, technician, therapists, and other healthcare providers and medical professionals.
Many of the medical malpractice cases are about anesthesia errors, birth traumas, surgical
errors, and medical misdiagnoses. It can also be a failure to obtain the consent needed to perform a procedure from the patient before the treatment or causing an unreasonable delay for a process. If these were the situations, a lawyer could bring up a case on behalf of the aggrieved party against the physicians, insurance companies, clinics, hospitals, and doctor’s groups.
